Roof Cleaning

Accumulations of moss can cause water to pool in valleys and flat areas and cause the roof to leak. Moss can fall from the roof into gutters, clogging downspouts and causing flooding. Aesthetically roof moss is unsightly and can lower the sale or rental price of a house going on the market.

On a composite shingle roof we will remove the moss by hand with a coarse brush; we do not use high pressure washing as it can damage the roofing material. We then blow the debris from the roof, clean out the gutters and can clean siding and windows if needed. On tile or slate roofs we pressure wash the moss from the roof, clean out gutters and can clean the siding and windows if needed.
